Bengals Ndukwe in butter

From The Columbus Dispatch

This year's newest butter creation at the Ohio State Fair features two NFL players, Joe Thomas of the Cleveland Browns and Chinedum Ndukwe of the Cincinnati Bengals.

The American Dairy Association Mideast, who sponsored the display, decided to feature the players to promote a new program to help children stay healthy.

The sculptures were unveiled at noon today in the Dairy Building on the fairgrounds, where it's kept in a 45 degree display case to keep it from melting away.

The traditional butter cow and calf also are on display, sculpted anew this year by a team of artists from Cincinnati. They worked 392 hours and used a ton of butter for the display, equal to 8,000 sticks of butter.
